Lots of Yellow and Some Blue

Agastache foeniculum, Anise hyssop; yummy smell, if you like black licorice !

Liatris aspera, Button Blazing Star; blooming from the top down, just like a Blazing Star

Rudbeckia laciniata, Wild Golden Glow


Rudbeckia fulgida, Orange Coneflower, but not 'Goldsturm'........striking !



Ratibida pinnata, Yellow, or Gray-Headed Coneflower, Hula skirts !

  1. Well, it's quite clear you have imeccaple tastes in plants--and not just because I grow so many of the same one. Or, maybe that is the case. Probably is! I've falen in love with E. pinnata this year now that's it's taken hold, and have planted several more starts. It stays yellow fairly long, too.
